All of us here at the gallery feel honored to work with so many talented and wonderful artists, and have therefore decided to dedicate our last show of 2015 to presenting their work.

Truly, this eclectic show offers something for most art interests.  If you enjoy plein air landscape painting, Michael Gibbons, Eric Jacobsen, and Laurel Buchanan are three of the finest artists working in this style in our region. For more modern and edgy tastes, we offer Melinda Thorsnes' brightly colored, narrative figural paintings, Sandy Roumagoux's environmentally conscious landscape paintings, or Andrew Wheeler's sculpture. Photography enthusiasts can sample Dean Hanson's black and white figurative work, or the landscape photography of legendary artist Mary Randlett, now in her 91st year. Then there are Lisa Caballero's remarkable still life paintings, and Faith Emerson's intimate genre scenes.  Lastly, the gallery welcomes the work of potter Chasse Davidson, whose horsehair raku pieces have interested me for some time, prompting me to ask her to exhibit with us.

There has also been a fine selection of work by historic Northwest old masters arriving at the gallery including Charles Heaney, Percy Manser, Louis Bunce, Melville Wire, Wes Wehr, Manuel Izquierdo, LaVerne Krause and Bue Kee.  Just this past weekend, the gallery acquired a sizable collection of Northwest studio pottery, including work by Ray Grimm, Ken Shores, George Cummings, Jerry Glenn, and Louis Mideke.  Do come and see!
